Dr Rachel Fettiplace is our Wellbeing Coach. As a medical doctor and former surgeon, she brings 20 years experience working with people. Her unique blend of evidence-based insight, trauma-informed practice and 12-step principles support meaningful personal change, held by this beautiful rural environment.
Dr Rachel facilitates personal development and works with people navigating all aspects of life - including stress, life transitions, dysfunctional relationships and women’s cyclical & menopause health - helping them understand their needs and regain balance and joy.
Dr Rachel offers individual and group coaching. Sessions will include a tailored combination of guided reflection, somatic work, nature connection and practical tools. Clients describe her as warm, intuitive and deeply calming, creating ideal conditions for deep transformation.
