Bootcamp with Abi

Thursdays at 9am

A full body workout that's full of fun exercises; tyres, punch bag, battleropes, footballs and so much more! The focus is on quality movements aimed to develop all forms of fitness such as strength, cardio, mobility, and agility!

You’ll need clothes you can comfortably move around in and shoes or boots you can jog and skip in.

2 Chillies = warming up a bit! Expect to sweat, to push yourself a little, and to feel it afterwards.

Meet Abi:

“I became a fitness and health coach after I was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions in my teenage years, and the only thing to truly help manage these was the right movement, nutrition, and natural lifestyle. I became qualified in coaching for type 1 diabetes, hormones, and nutrition to support clients going through the same health transformation.
