Woodfire’s legendary Feast events bring together guest chefs, epic ingredients, fire and big skies … and the 2025 line-up starts with an incredible one-off collab with Ottolenghi’s ROVI restaurant. 

Ottolenghi’s Exec and Head Chefs Neil Campbell and Andy Frantzeskos are packing up their knives, grabbing a few ferments from the shelves, and heading to the Sussex countryside for one evening only - to make a feast cooked entirely over fire. Grilled peas with miso, applewood-smoked labneh, lamb and celeriac turning slowly over the flames. For pudding, we’re doing corn cheesecake with strawberries and a burnt honey whiskey parfait with oat brittle. Plus a few more surprises. Everything comes from ridiculously close by - Chichester strawberries, wheat milled down the road for our pita, vegetables from farms you could walk to.

Woodfire Camping has redefined the idea of eating outdoors. Think seasonal, local food cooked over live fire and served in relaxed, beautiful surroundings. Less like a restaurant, more like being invited round to theirs for supper (as seen in BBC Good Food, The Guardian, Conde Nast Traveller), they cook dinner and breakfast for their campers every day, so you don’t have to wait for a Feast event to try their fabulous food.
