Join Verity who is providing holiday cover for Kate’s weekly Saturday morning WildFlow Yoga class at 9.30am in the Rose Room & Garden. Kate teaches Hatha with inspiration drawn from Yin and Restorative practices weaving them into each other for a slow, mindful, breath-centred approach to movement. In this class expect longer holds to build strength and flexibility, all levels are welcome.
