Terms and Conditions
Scope and Usage
Gift Vouchers, Certificates, and Gift Cards issued by Westerlands (“Vouchers”), whether in physical or digital format, may be used as full or part payment for any goods or services provided directly by Westerlands. Vouchers function as a monetary credit and may be applied toward any eligible purchase on-site or through direct booking channels. For example, any remaining balance on a Voucher used for a riding experience may be applied toward other purchases at Westerlands, such as refreshments at the Horsebox Café, items from the Farm Shop, or other goods and services available on-site.Direct Redemption
Vouchers may only be redeemed for purchases made directly with Westerlands and are not valid for use through third-party agents, resellers, or online platforms not operated by Westerlands.Combination with Other Payment Methods
Vouchers may be used in conjunction with other accepted payment methods to settle any remaining balance on a transaction.Partial Use and Remaining Balances
If the full value of a Voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain available for future use until the expiry date. Balances cannot be exchanged for cash, credited to a payment card, or transferred to another account.Validity Period
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Expired Vouchers cannot be accepted, extended, or reactivated.Availability of Services
All goods and services are offered subject to availability. Possession of a Voucher does not guarantee access to any specific service, activity, or date. Booking in advance is recommended, and standard terms and conditions applicable to each service or experience will apply at the time of redemption.Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, replaced, or redeemed for cash in whole or in part. No refunds will be issued for unused balances or unredeemed Vouchers.Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers
Westerlands accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, defaced, deleted, or damaged Vouchers (including emails containing digital codes). Vouchers should be treated as cash and stored securely.Transferability
Vouchers are transferable and may be used by any holder unless otherwise specified at the time of issue. Possession of a valid Voucher will be deemed sufficient proof of entitlement to redeem it.Fraud and Misuse
Westerlands reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Voucher that it reasonably believes has been altered, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.Exclusions
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or special deals unless explicitly stated by Westerlands.Right to Amend or Withdraw
Westerlands reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the Voucher scheme at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect Vouchers already issued.
