Lot Title:
Three-Night Luxury Escape for up to 11 Guests at Westerlands

1. Lot Details

The prize consists of a three (3) night stay at Lower Barn House, Westerlands, for up to eleven (11) guests and includes:

1.1 One (1) hour private Wild Spa sauna session for up to 11 guests

1.2 Use of a StarSense telescope for stargazing during the stay

1.3 A guided tour of the estate

1.4 A glass of Hattingley English sparkling wine and tea at the Horsebox Café

2. Redemption & Restrictions

2.1 The stay must be taken during 2026 only.
2.2 Blackout dates apply, including August and Christmas 2026.
2.3 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative experiences.
2.5 Guests are responsible for arranging and covering their own transport.

3. Booking & Cancellation

3.1 A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required prior to the confirmed check-in date to request any changes.
3.2 Where sufficient notice is given, Westerlands will use reasonable endeavours to reschedule within 2026, subject to availability.
3.3 Failure to attend on the agreed check-in date (“no show”) will render the prize void and non-redeemable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 The lead guest is responsible for their own conduct and for that of all members of their party.
4.2 Guests must:
-Leave the accommodation in the condition it was found
-Pay for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or pets
-Behave responsibly, respect others, and comply with all applicable laws

4.3 Where minors are included in the booking, the lead guest confirms they are legally authorised to act on their behalf and are solely responsible for their supervision.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

5.1 Check-in is from 15:00 (3:00pm) and check-out is by 11:00am, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
5.2 Late departures may incur additional charges to cover cleaning costs or loss of income.

6. Health & Safety

6.1 Westerlands is a working regenerative farm. Guests must exercise caution at all times.
6.2 Farm machinery and vehicles may be in operation across the estate.
6.3 Westerlands accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow safety guidance or exercise reasonable care.

7. Estate Rules

7.1 Guests must respect the environment and surrounding community.
7.2 The following rules apply:
-No fireworks permitted on site
-Dogs must be kept on leads
-Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level

8. Commercial Use

8.1 Any commercial use (including filming or corporate events) must be agreed in advance.
8.2 The guest is fully responsible for all cast, crew, and third parties.
8.3 Westerlands reserves the right to:
-Request proof of insurance (including public/employer liability)
-Require a security deposit based on the nature of the activity
-Recover costs for any damage or repairs

9. Parking

9.1 Free off-road parking is available; however, vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
9.2 Guests must ensure access is maintained for farm vehicles at all times.

10. Occupancy & Conduct

10.1 Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
10.2 Westerlands reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately, without refund, in the event of:
-Breach of occupancy limits
-Serious misconduct
-Damage to property

11. General

11.1 The family and tenants reside on the estate; guests are asked to be respectful at all times.
11.2 By bidding on this lot, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
