Creative Space for Hire

Hours: 8am to 10pm (14hrs)
Full day = £2,400

Our Events Field provides the perfect rural destination venue for private ceremonies and corporate events. This price includes a build day before your event and a break day after your event.

Please note:
Westerlands offers a tranquil setting where guests can unwind and connect with nature. As such, this space is only suitable for events that align with and respect this environment. Hours may be adjusted to suit the event. For an additional fee we can provide an event manager.

The Gathering Hall is an impressive double-height space, featuring historic beams and majestic columns sourced from Chichester Cathedral. This elegant room can comfortably seat up to 35 guests for a meal or be arranged as a boardroom for meetings.

Only refreshments and meals pre-ordered with us may be consumed in this space. Hours may be adjusted to suit the event. For an additional fee we can provide a facilitator.

The Study was once a charming old snooker room which has been transformed into an inviting meeting space. It can accommodate up to 30 people in a conference style for presentations or host roundtable discussions for up to 20. This space combines comfort and charm, making it ideal for productive gatherings.

Please note:
We do get the occasional visit from friendly chickens and dogs, who freely wander in and out. We love this - it creates a relaxed environment for us to work in where we feel connected to nature. For an additional fee we can provide a facilitator.

Exclusive use of sauna, cold plunge pool, private garden, chairs & loungers and outdoor shower - all with stunning views of the South Downs. Suitable for age 16+.

Please note:
Our WildSpa Sauna & Plunge pool can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any one time. It is a condition of our insurance that the organiser signs a waiver to confirm they take full responsibility for any and all risks involved. Hours may be adjusted to suit the event. For an additional fee we can provide an instructor or therapist.

Exclusive use of the Rose Room, located in the 17th-century wing of Westerlands House. French windows open to a private garden and stunning views of the South Downs. In the winter, a large open fire adds warmth and ambiance, making it an inviting setting year-round. For an additional £60 you can hire WildSpa for an hour after your event (maximum 6 people). For an additional fee we can also provide an instructors/therapists for treatments during your event.

Please note:
The Rose Room can accommodate 6 guests lying down on mats (included). We have a therapist bed which is also included. The room can also accommodate up to 20 seated guests. For an additional fee we can provide chairs and wood for the fire.

Exclusive use of our handmade WildFit Rig and the green space immediately surrounding it.

Please note:
Our hire price excludes use of our fitness equipment. No weight bearing exercises should be used on the rig. If organisers provide their own instructor, then they are responsible for obtaining PAR-Qs from attendees and be covered by their own insurance. For an additional fee we can provide an instructor (who has their own insurance and obtains PAR-Qs on the day).

A refreshing escape from the ordinary! Our equestrian club room sits between active stables, offering a sensory experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Our equestrian centre is currently home to eight horses. As a result, this space offers a naturally immersive experience, with the authentic sounds of a lively equestrian yard providing a atmospheric backdrop to your event! For an additional fee we can provide equestrian activities for your team.

Exclusive use of our Horsebox Café and our barista to serve refreshments. Outside seating area accommodates up to 50 guests.

Please note:
Everyone is welcome to enjoy our Horsebox Café during opening hours. For private events, a venue hire fee applies, along with a barista service charge. Only products purchased directly from our barista or meals pre-ordered with us may be consumed here. Hours may be adjusted to suit the event.
