The second workshop in our Healing Elements seriesGut health plays a central role in overall wellbeing, shaping everything from digestion and immunity to energy and mood. This session explores the relationship between soil, food and the gut, offering practical insights into seasonal nourishment, gardening and foraging to help strengthen the foundations of health and everyday vitality.
Inspired by nature’s four elements — air, earth, water and fire — this immersive workshop series explores simple practices for stronger foundations in health and wellbeing. Aligned with the new moon, each session invites reflection, intention and fresh beginnings.
Your Hosts
Harriet Turner is an experienced horticulturist and foraging expert, passionate about helping people reconnect with nature through gardening, wild plants, and natural wellbeing. She inspires others to discover the healing potential of medicinal herbs and seasonal plants while developing practical skills that nurture health, resilience, and a deeper connection to the natural world.
