Metabolism plays a central role in wellbeing, shaping how the body converts food into energy and supports vitality, balance and resilience. This session explores the relationship between nourishment, movement and metabolic health, offering simple, practical ways to support sustainable energy and stronger foundations for everyday health.

Inspired by nature’s four elements — air, earth, water and fire — this immersive workshop series explores simple practices for stronger foundations in health and wellbeing. Aligned with the new moon, each session invites reflection, intention and fresh beginnings.

Your Hosts

Nina Tallyeux-Rowden is a qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience, passionate about helping her clients build strength, confidence, and wellbeing through accessible, supportive fitness. Inspired by her own journey into health and motherhood, she champions outdoor training and believes that every achievement starts with simply showing up.

Dr Rachel Fettiplace: Drawing on her medical expertise and coaching background, our resident doctor and wellbeing coach, Rachel brings valuable insight to each workshop, grounding the series in thoughtful, science-backed approaches to long-term wellbeing.
