This slow-paced 60 min Hatha flow invites you to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body and soul. We will blend grounding postures, conscious breath, and moments of stillness to help release tension, cultivate balance, and nourish your nervous system.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have a steady practice, this class offers space to explore at your own pace, gently building strength, flexibility, and a deeper sense of self, both on and off the mat. Come as you are, leave a little lighter.
