Book Online

Bookings close 10mins before class. If there is no-one booked we cancel the class at 7pm the night before. This is because our instructors travel to Westerlands especially for classes and need enough notice to prepare.

Cancellations require 24hrs notice for a full refund.

BoxFit

Boost your fitness, confidence, and energy with fun, high-energy Box Fit sessions that combine boxing-inspired movement with functional fitness. Designed for all levels, each session helps build strength, coordination and resilience.

  • Box Fit is a dynamic full-body workout that combines boxing techniques with strength, cardio, and functional fitness training. Using pad work, movement drills, and boxing combinations, sessions are designed to improve fitness, coordination, agility, and endurance while providing a powerful outlet for stress release and mental focus.

    Research shows that boxing-style training can help boost cardiovascular health, improve reaction time, coordination, and muscular endurance, while also supporting mental wellbeing through the release of endorphins and reduction of stress hormones. The concentration required to learn combinations and stay present during training can also help sharpen focus, improve resilience, and provide a healthy mental reset from daily pressures.

    Suitable for all fitness levels, sessions can be adapted to individual ability, with small class sizes allowing for personalised guidance and support. No experience is needed, and all pads and gloves are provided — simply arrive ready to move, sweat, and feel empowered.

Core to Floor

Build strength, stability, and balance with this full-body workout designed to support better posture, movement, and overall wellbeing. Focusing on the core, legs, and glutes, each session helps you feel stronger, more aligned, and more connected to your body.

  • Core to Floor is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen the body from the inside out. Combining controlled movement, core activation, and functional strength exercises, this class focuses on building stability, balance, posture, and muscular endurance while supporting safe, sustainable movement patterns.

    Sessions target the deep core muscles alongside the legs, glutes, and posture-supporting muscles to improve alignment, coordination, and overall body strength. Research shows that core-focused training can help support spinal stability, reduce the risk of injury, improve balance, and enhance everyday movement and mobility.

    Suitable for all fitness levels, Core to Floor offers a supportive and empowering environment where movements can be adapted to individual ability. The result is a stronger, more stable body, improved body awareness, and a greater sense of confidence in movement.

    Working one-to-one with a trainer allows for personalised guidance, motivation, and progression in a supportive environment. Sessions can combine strength training, functional movement, mobility work, conditioning, and recovery-focused exercises to help improve overall physical health and confidence in movement.

    Research consistently shows that personalised training programmes can improve motivation, exercise consistency, physical performance, and long-term wellbeing outcomes. With focused support and expert coaching, private training provides a safe, effective, and empowering way to move towards your goals at your own pace.

WildFit PAR-Q

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all participants are asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) when booking their first class. This helps your instructor tailor sessions appropriately and provide the best possible support for your individual needs and fitness level.

If you are booking for a group then you assume responsibility for all participants in the class so please ensure they are medically fit enough to enjoy the experience safely.

Our high energy strength training classes are held at our beautiful Wildwood Pavilian - a hexagon structure, hand crafted on site from locally sourced chestnut at Westerlands.
