Join Tim for his fortnightly Friday evening session in the Waterlands Room or outdoors. Rooted in ancient Taoist philosophy, Tai Chi and Qigong are complementary practices designed to cultivate resilience, focus, and a strong personal foundation.

This gentle 60-minute practice combines flowing movement, breathwork, and body awareness to ease mental tension and encourage a calmer, more grounded state. Through mindful, circular movements, participants are guided to build strength, coordination, and mobility while supporting the body’s natural flow of energy.

Leave feeling calmer, more centred, and restored, with an enhanced sense of alignment and overall wellbeing.
