The first workshop in our Healing Elements seriesOne of the body’s most essential yet often overlooked foundations of wellbeing is breath. This session explores how breathing patterns influence stress, sleep, energy, focus and overall health. Through guided breath work and simple practical techniques, you’ll learn how to calm the nervous system, breathe more efficiently and restore a greater sense of balance and vitality.
Inspired by nature’s four elements — air, earth, water and fire — this immersive workshop series explores simple practices for stronger foundations in health and wellbeing. Aligned with the new moon, each session invites reflection, intention and fresh beginnings.
Your Hosts
Tim Johnson is an experienced and certified Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor, Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, accredited wellbeing coach, and practitioner of meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong.
