Join this fortnightly class with Robert to learn the basic skills of Tai Chi. The simple Qigong exercises and the Tai Chi form promote soft, free movement. Moving better reduces tension and allows more fluent athletic action. A sustainable life skill, this practice supports your health, balance and strength throughout your life.

This class is held in the Rose Room and garden.
