This dynamic session draws inspiration from the traditional Hatha yoga system, incorporating sun salutations, balance postures and breath-centered movements. Designed to awaken your body and sharpen your focus, this class offers the perfect blend of flexibility and mindfulness to set a positive tone for the week ahead. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your practice, this session is accessible to all levels.
This class is held in the Rose Room and Garden.

Meet Thomas
With over a decade of personal practice and a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, I share yoga as both a physical practice and a way to feel more connected to others and myself. My classes are inspired by the grounding traditions of Hatha and the fluidity of Vinyasa, blending breath, flowing sequences and moments of stillness to create space for curiosity, connection and self-discovery.
Having travelled extensively, I’ve found that since moving back to West Sussex, there's a nourishment that comes with being home and amongst nature. The rolling countryside and quiet beauty here is an endless source of inspiration. I love exploring yoga’s rich history and philosophy, weaving these timeless teachings into my practice in a way that feels accessible and meaningful in our modern life.
Above all, my hope is to offer a welcoming space where you can build strength and flexibility, find connection and presence and truly experience the gift of yoga. Whilst being surrounded by the beauty of the natural world. Nurture through nature, see you on the mat ….
