How to book

Please complete our booking questionnaire with your contact details and a little advance information about the riders (height, weight, age). We will respond promptly with answers to any questions and booking information.

If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us on riding@westerlands.com. Email is preferred as we are often out with the horses. We can call you if you prefer, just let us know when would be a good time, and your mobile number of course :)

Our Terms & Conditions

By making a booking it is understood you agree to our TERMS & CONDITIONS therefore we strongly recommend you read them carefully before you make a booking. Here are some key points:

🐎 Minimum age is 3yrs
🐎 Maximum weight is 88kg/14 stone
🐎 It is important that you don’t over estimate your riding capability so that we can choose the most appropriate horse and provide the best experience for you.
🐎 Where possible, please allow 24hrs notice for new bookings.
🐎 We operate a No Refund Policy. This is a condition of booking. All bookings cancelled prior to the 48hr deadline will be credited to a future booking (within 6 months of booking date). All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date and time will result in no refund or transfer, payments may not be moved to a future booking.
