WildFlow: Water—Circulation

Westerlands Wellness

Location: The Waterlands Room
Age: 16+
Price: £30
Duration: 2 hours

The third workshop in our Healing Elements series

Healthy circulation is essential to wellbeing, supporting the body’s natural flow of oxygen, nutrients and hydration while helping sustain energy, balance and recovery. This session explores the relationship between water, movement and circulation, offering simple, restorative practices to support flow, resilience and everyday vitality.

Inspired by nature’s four elements — air, earth, water and fire — this immersive workshop series explores simple practices for stronger foundations in health and wellbeing. Aligned with the new moon, each session invites reflection, intention and fresh beginnings.

Your Hosts

Claire Best is an experienced yoga teacher, Shiatsu practitioner, and sound healer. Drawing on the wisdom of movement, touch, and vibration, she explores how healthy circulation supports energy, vitality, and balance—using yoga to encourage flow, Shiatsu to stimulate the body’s natural pathways, and sound healing to harness our innate connection to water and resonance.

Claire runs a fortnightly Moving Inwards Yoga class at Westerlands and can be booked for private 1-to-1 sessions as well as Shiatsu Massage and Sound Healing. Find out more on our WildFlow and WildHaven pages.

Dr Rachel Fettiplace: Drawing on her medical expertise and coaching background, our resident doctor and wellbeing coach, Rachel brings valuable insight to each workshop, grounding the series in thoughtful, science-backed approaches to long-term wellbeing.

Guests can book a private 1-to-1 session with Rachel on our WildHaven page.
