Join Nina each Saturday for her energising Core to Floor session – a full-body workout designed to build stability, balance, and strength from the inside out. This class focuses on activating and strengthening your core, while also working through the legs, glutes, and posture-supporting muscles.

Set in the great outdoors, it’s the perfect way to connect body and mind while enjoying nature. ✨ Perfect for all levels – whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to deepen your strength practice, Nina will guide you with encouragement and tailored options.

This class is held at the WildFit Rig.

Meet Nina

“After having my first child I very quickly realised that I wanted to be a fit and healthy role model to my daughter. I found myself a PT and soon started feeling the physical and mental benefits of training. It was in fact my own PT that encouraged me to go and get my PT qualifications. I first did my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and then my Level 3 Personal Trainer and have never looked back.

I have been a qualified PT for 10 years and I love it. I am a big advocate for outdoor fitness and Westerlands is just a wonderful place full of like minded individuals all working together to create a safe haven where everyone is welcome.

I believe fitness should be accessible to all and that each individual should leave feeling positive. Remember… if you’ve turned up you’ve already achieved!”
