Drawing on her medical expertise and coaching background, Rachel combines evidence-based guidance with restorative support to help you better understand your changing body and feel more like yourself again.
Whether experiencing restless sleep, shifting moods, low energy, brain fog or simply feeling unlike yourself, this retreat addresses the underlying causes and provides individual advice help you rebalance.

Relaxing in a warm sauna followed by a refreshing cold plunge can be a deeply restorative ritual during menopause, supporting relaxation, circulation and a greater sense of balance. In a season of change, contrast therapy — surrounded by nature in a peaceful, private setting — offers space to slow down, restore and reconnect.

Join Rachel for supper outside at Woodfire. Nourishing, wholesome and deeply comforting, food becomes part of the restorative experience — supporting wellbeing while bringing people together. Spend dedicated one-to-one time with our resident doctor and wellbeing coach, Rachel, for a personalised consultation focused on your individual health goals and wellbeing.
