Most of our farm stays feature their own fireplace or firepit, allowing you to embrace ancient Nordic traditions by burning a Yule log—symbolising the return of the sun, inviting good fortune, and offering protection for the months ahead.
At Westerlands Horsebox Café, we mark the occasion with a sweet and festive touch: enjoy a slice of Bûche de Noël, the traditional edible Yule log. Paired with mulled wine, hot chocolate, or spiced cider, it’s the perfect way to celebrate the season while indulging in classic Yuletide flavours.
