Your Instructors & Therapists

Nina Tallyeux-Rowden is a qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience, passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and wellbeing through accessible, supportive fitness. Inspired by her own journey into health and motherhood, she champions outdoor training and believes that every achievement starts with simply showing up.

Nina runs weekly BoxFit and Core to Floor classes at Westerlands and can be booked a private 1-to-1 sessions. Find out more on our WildFit page.


Emily Taylor is an experienced holistic therapist helping women release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. With a background as a trained carer, she has supported clients with chronic stress, grief, nervous system challenges, arthritis, and neurodiversity. She specialises in Reiki, massage therapy and skin therapy.

Harriet Turner is an experienced horticulturist and foraging expert, passionate about helping people reconnect with nature through gardening, wild plants, and natural wellbeing. She inspires others to discover the healing potential of medicinal herbs and seasonal plants while developing practical skills that nurture health, resilience, and a deeper connection to the natural world.

Tim Johnson is an experienced and certified Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor, Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, accredited wellbeing coach, and practitioner of meditation, Tai Chi and Qigong.

Elly Middleton has over 30 years of experience caring for horses. Combining her expertise in equine welfare, behaviour, and complementary therapies, she is passionate about promoting natural approaches to health and wellbeing, helping both horses and people find greater balance, resilience, and connection.

Kate Harvey is a yoga teacher who guides people back to balance through gentle, mindful movement and breath-centred practice. Drawing inspiration from Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, as well as the rhythms of the natural world, she creates a calm and nurturing space where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a deeper sense of ease and wellbeing.
