Join Sophie for her weekly Monday morning Yoga class at 9.30am in the Rose Room. A dynamic Pilates class focused on building deep core strength, improving posture, and enhancing full-body mobility. Held in the Rose Room and the garden, with sessions outdoors whenever possible, the class uses precise, mindful movement and guided breathwork to develop alignment, balance, and body awareness. Expect a low-impact yet effective workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and refreshed in both body and mind.

Meet Sophie

Sophie is a mum of three, a passionate Pilates & Barre instructor, and devoted trail runner. As the founder of SoPilatesandBarre Sophie is dedicated to helping people create and maintain strong, stable, and flexible bodies that support them through every stage of life.

With specialist pre- and postnatal qualifications, she brings a supportive and knowledgeable approach to movement, ensuring classes are safe, empowering, and deeply effective. Her sessions blend precision, flow, and energy — inspired by her love of the outdoors, her active lifestyle, and her belief that movement should feel good from the inside out.

Sophie’s mission is simple: to help every client feel stronger, more confident, and more connected in their body.
