Barefoot Meditation Walk

A barefoot meditation walk in nature invites your body to engage all the senses. Moving slowly — a step inhale, a step exhale — you feel the textures beneath your feet, hear the song of birds, smell the subtle perfume of herbs, and notice tiny details often missed when walking with purpose. These gentle sensations calm the nervous system and promote relaxation.

Walking barefoot connects you physically with the Earth’s surface, which research suggests may help reduce inflammation, support healthy stress‑hormone balance, and improve circulation — all factors linked with better sleep patterns and emotional wellbeing.

WildSpa Sauna & Plunge

A sauna and cold plunge session offers a deeply restorative ritual for body and mind. The heat of the wood-fired sauna relaxes muscles, eases tension, and encourages the release of stress hormones, while the sudden plunge into icy spring-fed water invigorates circulation and awakens the nervous system in a controlled, energising way.

This natural contrast of hot and cold supports hormone balance, improves blood flow, and enhances overall recovery. Private Yoga Session

A tailored private yoga session, specifically designed to improve sleep, forms a key part of your Sleep Reset.

Through personalised breathwork, gentle movement, and restorative postures, you’ll learn to release physical tension, regulate your sleep–wake cycle, and shift from “fight or flight” into true rest.

You’ll leave with a simple, repeatable evening ritual and practical techniques — from extended exhalation breathing to guided relaxation — to support nourishing, restorative sleep at home.

Tailored strength, mobility, and movement sequences practiced outdoors in nature help release tension, reduce stress, balance sleep-related hormones, and naturally tire the body — making it easier to fall asleep and enjoy deeper, more recuperative rest.

Exposure to fresh air and natural light supports your circadian rhythm, enhances oxygenation, and engages the senses, while the varied terrain and mindful movement promote physical fatigue in a calming, grounding environment.

Full Body Massage

Gazing into the distance through our StarSense Explorer telescope reveals bright planets, nebulae, galaxies, and star clusters — evoking a sense of awe that softens everyday worries and eases anxious rumination.
